I find Greg an absolute pleasure to train with. A great motivator, who has shown me how to train properly....the how to do each exercise properly to get the maximum benefits...how to manage my food and how to get the maximum benefits out of what I am eating. Never thought I would say that I love training, but it has become such a big part of my life, so enjoyable (even though at times it hurts like hell!!). Since I met Greg, the amount of knowledge he has passed onto me has changed most things in my life for the better.

Don't remember a time in my life that I have felt better! feel and look fitter, leaner, stronger and healthier....so many people have complimented how well I look.

I have been training on and off with Greg over the last 3 years. In May of this year, I started taking my training and nutrition seriously as it has always been a goal of mine to complete a fitness photoshoot.

Greg helped me from start to finish with training and nutrition. He provided me with a tailored nutrition plan with food I enjoy. I sent him videos each week of me training so that I executed every exercise correctly to get maximum results and avoid injury!

He is extremely reliable. Having Greg as my coach helped me to hold myself accountable as we had weekly check-ins which kept me on track.

I found the anticipation of the shoot gave me motivation to stick to my fitness routine and work toward my goals. Overall, I couldn’t have been happier. I was amazed how my physique changed in such a short space of time - 10 weeks! The results speak for themselves!

HOLLY RING

I have been training with Greg for over 3 years and have always wanted to do a shoot but I wasn't ready - when I first asked him 2 years ago he knew I didn't have a healthy mindset and for that I admire him as a coach as he knew what was best for me.

So here I am after 13 weeks of an intense prep. I have never been so proud of myself for having the determination and willpower (the people that get it get it the people that don't, don't).

I can't thank Greg my coach enough for all the support and encouragement throughout these 13 Weeks.

I need a trainer to help drive me and push as sometimes I wouldn't give it my all - investing in yourself is the key to success There was tears on my behalf and probably Greg's from listening to me. There was no mornings missed - 13 weeks of consistency.

Greg trained me 3 times a week and I didn't miss a session! I can honestly say I would do it all over again and exactly what I plan on doing in the future! I highly recommend Greg!

I trained with Greg for just under 12 weeks and lost more than 7kg. My main goal was to lose weight because I had my wedding approaching and wanted to look my best in my wedding dress.

My main issues were time management - finding time to train, do steps, do cardio. Greg gave me great tips how to increase things like my step count without adding extra pressure to my life. Simple tips like parking the car further away when shopping or going to the gym. Going for a walk on my lunch break during work all helped me hit my step count most days.

Greg used a meal plan to teach me about nutrition and how I should divide my meals. I found the plan very easy to follow because it structured around my everyday routine. The plan was specific to my needs - he always took into account my work, kids, family life and social outings.

I probably didn’t Co-operate as much as I should have but still got results. Greg helped me whenever I made a mistake and I learned from each mistake. I was very happy with the experience overall because I got exactly what I wanted, lost weight, and learned a lot when it came to exercising, my nutrition and how to manage my time better.

I took a few months off training after my wedding but I’m back training with Greg right now because I like having the accountability and getting pushed when I’m training. I would 1000% recommend coaching with Greg!

I have been training with Greg for about 2 years on and off. My main goal is to lose weight and gain muscle. Im very happy with the progress so far. I can finally start to see some definition after years of training elsewhere with no results.
