Who is coach greg Bowden?

I’ve been a coach in the fitness industry since 2018. I’ve helped transform 100’s of people lives with my coaching practices. I help change people’s lifestyle without being excessively restricted.

I love training hard in the gym and you can guarantee I have some sort of dance music on in my earphones while I’m doing it. I’ve walked the walk by doing a photoshoot and will be a physique athlete competing on stage in September, 2023. Although I’m accustomed to dieting I’m a massive foodie at heart.

I spend most of my time in the gym or at my desk working during the week but during the weekends I’m a social butterfly and enjoy heading out meeting friends doing some sort of activity.

4 Year BSc (Honours) Degree in Health and Leisure with Athletic Performance. This is where I started my interest in the health and fitness industry.

Precision Nutrition

Accredited Lifestyle and Behaviour change course that teaches coaches the basics of nutrition and lifestyle coaching. This is the foundation of my nutritional knowledge after my 4 year BSc degree was complete.

Clean Health Nutrition

Nutrition course that teaches coaches the basics of nutrition, calories, macros, micros and everything in between. This course breaks down different dieting styles to maximise results.

JPS Human Biomechanical Studies

This course that teaches coaches the basics of anatomy and physiology. This course breaks down the muscles of the human body and how exercise can be optimised to the utmost with exercise. This course taught me the basics of human biomechanics and exercise selection.

CP Academy

A course covering everything from nutrition, digestion, training, stress management, sleep and the business aspects of being a coach and running a business. This course also acts as a mentoring service which I partook in for 6 months. This improved my knowledge in the fitness industry as a whole and has improved my overall service as a business.

PT Project with Paul Standall and James Sutton

A human biomechanical course that teaches coaches the basics of exercise and machine mechanics. This course goes into the depths of how to maximise exercise by breaking down strength and resistance profiles of exercises and equipment. This course hugely increased my knowledge in exercise selection, program design and improved my understanding of machines and importance of proper set ups in each exercise based on physics.

Continuous Education with Pro Coach, J3 University & Pre script

These 3 education providers cover all aspects of bodybuilding, nutrition and human biomechanics in relation to training. I attend online lectures, attend in person events and study their content daily.
