One to One Coaching
I offer the highest standard of science based exercise programming and take you through each session at whatever intensity is required. I run through warm ups, sets ups and executions of each exercise. I teach you what muscle each exercise targets and explain the function of each muscle. This is a learning experience with guaranteed knowledge bombs!
Exercise programming
A program will be made specifically to your wants and needs. This will be discussed via an in person consultation or video call. Program will be designed based on your current training level and time allocated to training each week. Videos and descriptions are available for all exercises.
Nutrition programming
This program will be designed to suit your goals. Prior to creating this program I need at least 1 week of food tracking to find current maintenance calories, eating habits and timing of each meal. The calories/macros set will change when required each week. A full meal plan will also be accessible to see how I would divide calories and macros per meal, this meal can used as blueprint with the end goal of not needing a meal plan in the future.
Access to google drive tracking system
Google drive is my main file sharing and tracking software. All plans, tracking systems, educational ebooks etc. are all located here. Google drive is a live type of software that means it updates instantly when I or you the client uploads information. A video introduction will be sent to you that runs through this in great detail.
Weekly zoom calls
This calls give a chance to catch up weekly on all your progress. I screenshare your tracking files and give a run through of each day and discuss what can be improved weekly to maximise productivity and bring you closer to your goals.
Weekly Lifestyle analysis
Your lifestyle habits such as time management, sleep schedule, training and nutrition habits are all discussed weekly. The main objective here is to make changing your lifestyle easier to manage by making small changes.
Video breakdown of exercise analysis
I ask that each client send me 2-3 videos per workout weekly so that I can make corrections in set up, execution and intensity of each exercise.
24/7 WhatsApp contact with coach
I’m available to contact 7 days a week. I will reply to all messages when I’m not coaching in person.
Peak week
For all clients doing photoshoots expect more points of contact leading up to your photoshoot date. Check ins increase to multiple times per week. The few days leading up to your photoshoot are very specific and will require daily check ins prior to shoot. I will be available in person to Photoshoot clients on the day of the shoot.
